Complete management of house renovation works. The house is from 1983, before Technical Code for Building Construction, it was uninhabited for some time. Taking care about the client requirements, 11 distribution proposal were made. With the chosen one, we made an interior design study and the construction project. A bathroom is added in the master bedroom and a single living room – kitchen space is created. Renovating the plumbing and electrical installation and adding air conditioning. Managing completely the entire execution of the work, form paper to reality, without complications for the client.
